In 2003, she successfully passed a training course for implementation of modern perinatal techniques at hospitals (Lithuania).
In 2005, she passed a practical training course in the United States under the program of health care management.
She is a member of a task ream of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for drawing up decrees regulating the obstetric care in Ukraine, clinical protocols and standards of medical care.
She was nominated for a National Medical Award 2009 and awarded a Diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports for special merits in the development of medicine in Ukraine and improving the public health of the Ukrainian people.
