Siemens Nova 3000 equipped with an X-ray tube, in which, in contrast to other mammography systems, two different materials are used in the anode. The opdose function automatically selects the best level of kV and a combination of anode / filter (Mo / Mo, Mo / Rh, W / Rh), considering the features of the breast in order to achieve optimum image quality at the lowest possible radiation dose. The images are obtained with a convincing level of quality, that does not require duplication.

MAMMOMAT 3000 Nova is equipped with technology OpComp, which automatically and individually determines the required compression of the breast to create the perfect combination of minimal patient discomfort and excellent image quality.

Compression boards

A wide range of compression boards ensures a soft compression, optimized for each mammary gland individually. The supplementary perforated biopsy compression board is available and magnifying tables additionally expand the range of clinical applications.
